Shipping & Delivery
All Digital Paint Shop orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information may or may not e provided with your order. All shipping & handling charges are estimated interactively at checkout via the USPS and have a minimum $3 handling charge added.
Some items may have special shipping requirements or specifications that will be listed in the product info for that product.
All tangible product shipments to OUTSIDE the USA will be billed a separate Paypal invoice for an additional $30 for worldwide shipping. Until that is paid in full the order will not be shipped.
If an order qualifies for free shipping, "Free Shipping Only" will be displayed at checkout. No shipping and handling charges are added to these orders.
Tangible items purchased from the Digital Paint Shop are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of full payment. If paying by check or money order, please allow 10 days for processing. Please allow up to 24 hours for PayPal processing.
Non-tangible items, such as digital downloads, are delivered via e-mail or in your "My Account" page within 24 hours of payment receipt. Downloads are time-sensitive and may be limited to a restricted number of download attempts.
Gift certificates funds purchased from the Digital Paint Shopmay take up to 24 hours to process as a member of the The Digital Paint Shopstaff must manually verify each purchase and release the gift certificate funds for security reasons. Gift certificates with amounts over $500 may take longer to process.
Return Policy
Fine Art Prints - If any print arrives damaged, The Digital Paint Shop will gladly replace the item within 15 days. If the item is no longer in stock, we will replace it with an item of equal value or a gift certificate of equal value. Undamaged prints may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Client is responsible for any return shipping charges.
CD/DVD-ROMs - Unopened CD & DVD-ROMs may be returned to The Digital Paint Shop within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened CD & DVD-ROMS, if damaged upon receipt, may only be exchanged for an undamaged copy of the original item purchased. Client is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Non-tangible and Custom Items - Due to their nature, services, digital downloads, gift certificates, one of a kind items, custom items, personal portraits and all non-tangible products are NOT refundable for any reason after purchase or after work has begun. If an item is received damaged, The Digital Paint Shop will glady replace the item within 15 days. Client is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Items eligible for refund that are purchased by using a gift certificate will be refunded to a new gift certificate in the amount of the original purchase minus any applicable shipping charges.
